Activity Rules

1. Each participant can leave unlimited comments but must not tag the same friend repeatedly.
2. Tagged friends must have valid accounts; small accounts (with fewer than 30 friends or followers) are not eligible to participate.
3. Participants who fail to complete all required steps or violate the rules will lose eligibility for the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
4. Winners must claim their prize using the ZONE Wallet app and must achieve Level 3 user status by March 4, 2025.
5. Winners must provide proof of participation, including records of following, liking, commenting, and sharing, for ZONE Wallet’s verification. Failure to meet all requirements will result in disqualification.
6. The prize is Bitcoin equivalent to TWD 10,000, calculated based on the Bitcoin buy rate shown in the ZONE Wallet app at 3:00 PM (Taiwan Time) on February 8, 2025.
7. The winner will be selected randomly from participants on IG and FB using a lottery tool. The draw will take place on February 8, 2025, and one winner will be announced.

Notices

By participating in this activity, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules, terms, disclaimers, and risk warnings associated with the activity, including but not limited to those stated in the rules and notices.

1. Participants agree to allow ZONE Wallet to collect, process, and use their personal information for purposes such as marketing, surveys, statistics, and research analysis.
2. ZONE Wallet reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or interpret the activity at any time, including replacing the activity, shortening or extending the event period, with official announcements as the basis.
3. ZONE Wallet is not liable for any data loss, error, or invalidity due to technical issues such as computer, network, phone, or other factors beyond ZONE Wallet’s control. Participants or winners have no right to contest these issues, and ZONE Wallet will not provide separate notifications.
4. In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, pandemics, power outages, strikes, or other unforeseen events), ZONE Wallet reserves the right to adjust the event dates and methods accordingly.
5. If participants provide incorrect information or fail to follow the proper procedures (e.g., falsifying personal information, using fake or others’ accounts, dishonest participation, or any violation of the activity rules), ZONE Wallet reserves all rights, including canceling their eligibility and requiring the return of prizes. If such actions cause damages to ZONE Wallet, participants shall be held fully liable for compensation, including but not limited to tort damages, reputation losses, legal fees, and attorney fees.
6. According to Taiwan’s tax regulations:
   • Winners who are ROC citizens must provide a copy of their ID for tax filing purposes if the prize value exceeds TWD 1,001. The prize value will be included in their annual personal income tax declaration.
   • For prizes exceeding TWD 20,010, winners must prepay a 10% tax before claiming the prize.
   • Non-ROC residents (including Mainland Chinese and foreign nationals residing in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days during the tax year) must prepay a 20% withholding tax on any prize value, regardless of the amount, before claiming the prize.
   • Any additional taxes required by law will also be deducted before the prize is issued. Failure to comply with tax obligations will result in forfeiture of the prize. Any tax-related fees are the sole responsibility of the participants and are unrelated to ZONE Wallet.
   • Updates or changes to tax laws will be applied as per the latest regulations.
7. Participants who fail to complete the prize claim process (e.g., due to incorrect or incomplete information) will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility.
8. Matters not covered in these terms will be supplemented by relevant ROC laws. In case of disputes, the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
9. Cryptocurrency involves price volatility and liquidity risks. Please carefully assess your financial situation before investing.
10. ZONE Wallet will only contact winners through official channels. Be vigilant against potential scams and protect your assets.
