Considerations
Each participant is deemed to have fully understood the terms of this Notice and is willing to fully comply with and agree to the provisions of this Event:
1. Prizes for this Event are subject to physical and non-selection. In the event of a shortage or inability to provide them, the Organizer has the right to substitute it with other equivalent goods and may not request the conversion, transfer or exchange of cash.
2. We reserve the right to retain the personal information provided by the participant for future marketing purposes.
3. The Company reserves the right to request that the winners share the same photo for future marketing purposes if they cannot agree to waive their eligibility for the award.
4. The Promoter reserves the final right to amend, suspend, terminate or interpret the Event at any time (including but not limited to the replacement of the Event, the right to make a final decision on its replacement, early termination or extension of the Event) and is subject to the announcement of the Event.
5. 8. The prize delivery address is limited to the territory of the Republic of China. If the winner fails to reply to a valid domestic delivery address before the award deadline, the organizer may cancel their eligibility for the prize.
9. According to the tax law of the Republic of China, if the winner is a resident and the value of the prize exceeds NT$1,000 (inclusive), a copy of the ID card must be filled in and submitted for tax purposes as required, and the individual comprehensive income tax return will be entered at the annual rate in NT$. If the prize value exceeds NT$20,000 (inclusive), the winners are required by law to pay 10% tax in advance and receive the prize after the winner pays the tax. According to the Tax Law of the Republic of China, if the winner is a national who is not a national of the territory of the Republic of China (that is, a resident of the Republic of China for less than 183 days in the tax year, including Mainlanders and foreigners), regardless of the value of the prize winnings, must be deducted in advance 20% of the opportunity prize tax, pending the prize. Taxpayers can win prizes later. IF OTHER TAXPAYERS ARE SUBJECT TO DEDUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH OTHER REGULATIONS, THE AMOUNT SHALL BEGIN AS THE ACTUAL AMOUNT ISSUED AFTER DEDUCTION OF THE RELEVANT AMOUNT. Failure to pay the amount of tax due by law is considered to be a loss of prize eligibility. Participants who participate in this event are subject to payment of any taxes to participate in this event and are not affiliated with the organizer. If the above tax regulations are updated or changed, they shall be carried out in accordance with the amended provisions.
10. Applicants who fail to submit a prize as described above (for example, incorrect or incomplete data, etc.) are deemed to be disqualified.
11. This event is not completed and is supplemented by the relevant laws of the Republic of China. If the proceedings are involved, the Taipei Local Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first jurisdiction.
