Important Notes

Participation in this giveaway signifies full understanding of and agreement to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Prizes are based on actual items and cannot be chosen or exchanged. In case of stock shortages or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal value. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
2. ZONE Wallet reserves the right to retain participants' submitted data, which will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with the ZONE Wallet Privacy Policy for future marketing purposes. (For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy here).
3. The company reserves the right to request a photo with the winner for future promotional use. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or interpret this giveaway at any time, including the right to change the event, end it early, or extend its duration. Official announcements on the website will serve as the basis for any changes.
5. The organizer bears no legal responsibility if data is lost, incorrect, unrecognizable, or damaged due to computer, internet, phone, technical, or other factors beyond its control, causing registration data (such as referral codes) to be invalid. No notification will be provided in such cases.
6. In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, pandemics, power outages, or strikes, the organizer reserves the right to adjust giveaway dates and formats as necessary.
7. Participants providing incorrect information or failing to follow the registration procedure may be disqualified. Participants who provide false personal information, use fake accounts, participate dishonestly, violate giveaway rules, or engage in cheating may have their eligibility and prizes revoked. Winners who have already received a prize must return it and compensate the organizer for any incurred damages (including but not limited to infringement, reputation loss, legal fees).
8. Prizes must be claimed in person at a designated location specified by the organizer.
9. According to ROC tax law, Taiwanese residents winning prizes valued at over TWD 1,000 must submit ID copies for tax purposes. Prizes valued over TWD 20,000 require winners to prepay a 10% tax, which must be settled before claiming the prize. Non-Taiwan residents (including Mainland Chinese and foreign nationals) will be subject to a 20% withholding tax. Failure to comply with tax obligations will result in forfeiture of the prize. Updated tax laws will apply as per the latest regulations.
10. Failure to complete the prize claim procedure (e.g., providing incorrect or incomplete information) will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
11. Matters not specified herein will be supplemented by relevant ROC laws. Any litigation arising from this giveaway shall be under the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan, ROC.
